RETURN POLICY

At MAVAN, we take pride in delivering high-quality products designed for comfort, performance, and everyday confidence. Due to the intimate nature of our products, we maintain a strict but fair return policy to ensure hygiene, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • All original packaging, tags, and hygiene seals must be intact and unbroken
  • Return request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery

For hygiene reasons, any item that has been worn, washed, altered, or used in any way cannot be returned.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Worn or tried-on shapewear
  • Items with removed or damaged hygiene seals
  • Items with signs of use (odor, marks, stretching, etc.)
  • Final sale or discounted items
  • Gift cards

Due to the nature of shapewear and intimate garments, we reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these standards.


Return Approval Process

All returns must be approved in advance.

  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded.


Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

  • Return shipping costs
  • Ensuring the item is safely returned

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost returns.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.


Inspection & Refunds

Once your return is received, it will be carefully inspected.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 3–7 business days

If the item does not meet our return conditions, the return will be rejected and no refund will be issued.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Provide:

  • Clear photos
  • Order details

We will assess and provide a replacement or resolution where applicable.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you wish to change size or color, you must:

  1. Request a return (if eligible)
  2. Place a new order

Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

After this window, the order may already be processed and cannot be canceled.
